Changing Telephone Attributes

To change telephone attributes:

1. Go to the User and Device Attributes form.

2. Click Change.

3. Change any of the following database parameters:

• Department name for the user

• Location of the user

• Default account code index number

• Intercept number

• Interconnect number

• Circuit descriptor

• Class of Service and Class of Restriction

• Maximum number of speedcalls available

• Pickup group number

• Station hotline number

• Associated dataline number

• 1st, 2nd, and Always call rerouting numbers.

4. Click Save.
